BCBA is an independent award-giving body founded by Mark Monta on December 2008 and later on joined by Agnes Jimenez and Bjorn Bernales as co-organizers.  The judges of this competition are fairly represented by blogging community heads  from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
